I have made a successful career in in international HR management in executive roles, leading cross-countries and cross-continental recruiting programs, intercultural communication projects, motivation and assessment, training and development – all that HRD will be responsible for.

‌With this experience I obtained strong knowledge of international corporate cultures, inter-cultural communication and management practices. The knowledge of industries is accumulated from the experience in FMCG, Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Agri sectors. I am an expert in international recruitment and Executive Search.
